Neptune is in rulership in Pisces giving Neptune added good fortune & strength. Neptune is the planet of bliss, spiritual advancement, miracles & inspiration & we like it when she is strong. This beneficial energy goes out to the whole world adding tenderness & compassion! Neptune is in each sign about 15 years. This is the beginning of a new cycle!
